1. Firstly, choose a fabric with a specified weight, which has a glossy surface and appropriate hardness. This type of fabric is more convenient for printing and the finished product will have a better effect. The quality of the fabric directly affects the overall appearance of the bag.
2. Non woven fabric bags are sewn from small pieces of fabric, so first, according to the size specified by the customer, the fabric needs to be cut into corresponding specifications using a machine. Generally, the front and back sides with the bottom are on the same piece, followed by two side pieces.
3. The next step is printing. Nowadays, non-woven bags are mostly printed through screen printing, which is done by hand one by one and then placed on an iron frame to cool and dry
4. Distribute the cool dried non-woven fabric to the workers, and use a sewing machine to combine the pieces of fabric to create a beautiful non-woven bag.
