Choose The Bag Type
On the very first stage, you can contact us to choose the bag type or bag construction.
The main construction can be divided into Tote Bag/ Drawstring Bag/ Cooler Bag/ Mesh Bag/ Ultrasonic Bag.
To subdivide the styles, we have Vest Bag/D Handle Bag/ Flat Type/ Bottom Gusseted/ Side And Bottom Gusseted/ Reinforced Handle bag/ Shoulder Sling Bag/ Backpack Drawstring Bag/ Drawstring Bag/ With Flap Bag/ W zipper Bag/ Mesh Bag.
Each Bag have its best usage, just let us know your requirement and size, we can recommend the most suitable bag for you.
Select The Bag Material
After choosing the bag type, then select the material that you'd like to make on the bag.
PP Non Woven/ PP Woven/ Polyester/ Cotton are the most common materials in the market.
For better review, we divided the materials into below:
Recycled Materials: RPET woven/ RPET non woven/ RPET polyester/ RPP non woven/ RPP woven
Biodegradable Materials: PLA/ Jute/ Cotton
Reusable Materials: PP non woven/ PP woven/ Polyester / Reflective/ Tyvek/ Kraft Paper
Decide The Printing Method
Finish the construction, size, material, here come the most exciting part-Printing
Printing is the process that bring the idea/design of your mind into reality.
Based on different designs, we also have different printing methods.
Silk-screen Print: suit for simple design, usually only 1~2 colors.
Gravure Print: suit for complicate design with full bag print
Sublimation Print: suit for complicate design with full bag print
Flexo Print: suit for simple design, also ok for full bag print
Digital Print: suit for complicate design, not good for full bag print
Transfer Print: suit for complicate design, not good for full bag print
Pre-Production Sample
After checking all the details of your requirement(type, size, material, printing, quantity), we will send the quotation for your confirmation.
Once confirmed, we will prepare pre-production sample for your review. Usually the samples will takes around 5~7 days after layout confirmed.
Mass Production
As soon as Pre-production samples confirmed, we will proceed with the mass production immediately. Usually need around 25~40 days for the mass production, it depends on the quantity and construction.
We will have professional QC team to inspect the quality before shipment. In the meantime, we will send the pictures of mass production for your shipping confirmation.
