There are many printing processes for non-woven fabric bags, such as non-woven vest bags, which are pure non-woven fabric printing processes such as screen printing and flexographic printing. The cost of screen printing is slightly higher, while flexographic printing is the cheapest, but the relative printing effect is not as good as screen printing.
1. Watermark
It is named after its use of water-based elastic adhesive as a printing medium and is commonly used in textile printing, also known as printing. Mix the color paste with water-based elastic glue during printing. When developing the printing plate, chemical solvents are not used and can be directly rinsed with water. Its characteristics are good coloring power, strong covering and fastness, water resistance, and basically no odor.
2. Gravure printing (most commonly used)
The finished product processed by this method is usually called a laminating non-woven fabric bag. This process is divided into two steps: first, traditional gravure printing technology is used to print the graphics and text onto a thin film, and then the film with the printed pattern is laminated onto non-woven fabric using a laminating process. This process is commonly used for non-woven bags with large-area color pattern printing. Its characteristic is exquisite printing, the entire process is produced by machines, and the production cycle is short. In addition, the product has excellent waterproof performance and the durability of the finished product is better than that of non-woven bags produced by other processes. There are two options for thin films: glossy and matte, with matte having a matte effect!
3. Heat transfer printing
Heat transfer printing belongs to special printing in printing, which requires an intermediate medium. That is, the graphics and text are first printed on heat transfer film or heat transfer paper, and then the patterns are transferred to non-woven fabric by heating the transfer equipment. The commonly used medium in textile printing is heat transfer film. Its advantages are: exquisite printing, rich layering, and comparable to photos. Suitable for small area color image printing. The disadvantage is that the price is high and the printing cost is high.
Gravure printing is currently the most commonly used printing method, with bright colors that do not fade. It can print patterns of any color, making it more fashionable. However, at the same time, this printing method requires plate making, so add a slightly higher point!
